Job Description

Principle Duties:

  • Provide high quality Anesthesia care to the patient clientele.
  • Provide Anesthesia consultation services as required.
  • Supervise and teach Anesthetists of tower grade, both residents-in training and staff physicians.
  • Participate in departmental and hospital teaching. Participate and generate research activities.
  • Participate in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
  • Maintain a list of privileges, and work within the confines of their work experience and skills.
  • Understand and adhere to all hospital related policies and procedures pertaining to medical practice.
  • Participate in the quality improvement reviews conducted by the Department of Anesthesia.
  • Perform other related duties as appropriate and as assigned. Acquire appropriate computer skills, to utilize the hospital’s computerization program.
  • Undertake continuing medical education activities. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in MBBS or equivalent from an accredited institution – Essential board Certified in Anesthesia

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of (two) – Essential
