🔹 Employment Details:

Doctors work as self-employed professionals and set their own contract terms.
Contracts are open-ended with a probation period of one year.
Annual compensation ranges from €250,000 to €350,000.

Support Provided:
Participating hospitals offer assistance with the licensing process, as well as help with finding accommodation, schools, and settling in Belgium.

Language Requirements:
To obtain a medical license in Belgium, a high level of Dutch, French, or German (C1) is required.
